Watermark & Object Remover

Paint over a watermark or unwanted object and rebuild the selected area privately in your browser.

Your images stay in this browser

Local fill works best on small marks over simple backgrounds. It cannot recover hidden original detail; complex textures may blur.

Remove a small mark without changing the rest of the image

Select only the area that needs repair

Confirm that you own the image or have permission to edit it. Paint over the mark, use a rectangle, or enter exact rectangle coordinates. Include the whole mark without covering nearby detail. Erase excess selection or undo before processing.

Know when a fill will look convincing

The worker fills selected pixels from their surroundings; it does not recover hidden original detail. Small marks on plain backgrounds are better candidates than faces, text or patterned surfaces. Masks above 25,000 pixels are refused. If the result blurs, undo and try a tighter selection.

Inspect and download a separate PNG

Switch between the original and result, then zoom in to inspect edges. Pixels outside the selection stay unchanged and the output keeps the decoded image dimensions. Processing stays in your browser. The PNG may be larger than the source; resize or convert it separately when needed.

Mark the repair area yourself

Confirm ownership or permission to edit, then select the mark or object manually with the brush or rectangle controls.

Trace the shape of a small mark

Use a small brush for an irregular mark and a rectangle for a compact block. Include its visible edges while leaving as much clean surrounding detail outside the selection as possible.

Remove excess selection before filling

Erase removes pixels from the selection, not the photograph. Use it to protect nearby lettering or outlines. The removal button requires both a selected area and the ownership or permission checkbox.

Judge what nearby pixels can repair

The browser fills your selection using surrounding colors, so hidden detail is estimated rather than recovered.

Inspect lines and texture closely

A fill across brickwork, printed words or facial features can smear edges and lose structure. Compare Original and Result at a useful zoom level; retry with a tighter mask when surrounding detail is affected.

Reduce an oversized repair

The editor accepts images up to four megapixels and refuses selections above 25,000 pixels. Reduce an oversized selection or resize the source first, then select the area again.

Revise the mask before saving a PNG

Review the repaired area and its boundary before downloading the result as a separate image.

Keep intended repairs in the selection

Each new fill uses the original file and the current mask. Keep every area you want repaired selected; clearing the mask and selecting another mark does not preserve an earlier fill in the next result.

Prepare the reviewed copy for sharing

Download the PNG once the repair is acceptable. If it is too large for the destination, try image compression on that copy and compare the output before sharing; keep the original for future corrections.

Frequently asked questions

Does the object remover automatically find watermarks?

No. It uses a manually selected area, not automatic detection. Only modify images you own or have permission to edit.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

These edits run on your device in the browser, so the image is not uploaded to our processing server. The browser reads the selected file and creates a new downloadable copy without overwriting the original. Available memory and format support depend on your browser; very large or unsupported files may need a different tool. This does not mean the website makes no network requests for its normal assets.
