Merge PDF files online in the order you choose. Arrange 2 to 20 PDFs, combine them into one document, and download the result.
Combine separate PDFs without installing desktop software.
Combine reports, scans, invoices, forms, or chapters into one PDF.
Drag PDF thumbnails into the correct sequence before processing so the merged document follows your intended order.
Files are handled in private storage during processing. The result page shows the completed document and provides a direct download.
Use LoveMyFiles in a modern browser on Windows, Linux, macOS, iPhone or Android. Select PDF files from your device and combine them into one downloadable document.
Select your PDFs or drop them into the upload area. Arrange the file thumbnails in the order you want, then choose Merge PDF. Download the combined file when processing finishes. Each input contributes all its pages in their original sequence.
The merge process imports PDF page content rather than converting every page into a new image. It keeps source page sizes and orientation, without intentionally recompressing images during the basic merge. Check the result before sharing: merging is not a guarantee that interactive forms, bookmarks or digital signatures will remain usable.
Choose files, arrange their order and submit them from the same workspace. You do not need to edit each page to combine documents. Use Organize PDF separately when you want to remove or rearrange individual pages before merging.
Open the tool in a modern browser with JavaScript enabled and an internet connection. On a phone, use the file picker to select PDFs; on a desktop, you can also drag files into the upload area. Browser and device upload limits may affect large batches.
There is no separate LoveMyFiles program to install for this tool. Your browser handles file selection and uploading, while the server combines the PDFs. Keep the page open while the upload completes, then download your result.
Files are uploaded for server processing, so this is not an offline merger. Guest files expire after 5 minutes and signed-in free-account files after 2 hours. Download the result before it expires and keep your own copy. Read the privacy policy before uploading sensitive documents.
LoveMyFiles joins the pages of each PDF in the order you choose. Moving a file moves its entire set of pages, not an individual page inside it.
Select your PDFs, then arrange the file thumbnails before submitting. Put a cover letter or title page first, followed by the main document and supporting material. Check filenames carefully when several scans look similar.
If a document contains a duplicate, an unwanted page or pages in the wrong order, organize that PDF before adding it to the merge. The merge workspace orders whole files; it is not a page-by-page editor.
Organize PDF pagesOpen the result and check the first page, the joins between documents and the final page. A portrait page and a landscape page can remain different sizes in the same output. Downloading one PDF does not mean that all pages have been resized to match.
Combining files is most useful when the result has a clear reading order. These three workflows help you decide what belongs together and what to leave out.
Place the application or covering note before certificates and supporting records. Remove duplicate copies and unrelated pages before merging. Check the recipient's attachment-size requirements, and avoid including personal records that were not requested.
Arrange invoices and receipts by date or by the order of entries in your expense report. Merge only the records needed for that submission. Scanned receipts stay image-based: merging does not recognize their text or turn them into spreadsheet rows.
Put the report first and appendices afterwards in the order they are referenced. Check that page-number references still make sense in the combined document. If you need a new numbering sequence, add page numbers after merging rather than numbering each input separately.
Add page numbers to PDFKeep the original files until you have checked the result. Merging creates a combined document; it is not a substitute for repairing, converting or compressing a source file.
Use an unlocked copy when you have permission to process the document and know its password. Do not expect the merge tool to bypass protection. If the file cannot open in a PDF reader either, obtain a fresh copy from its sender before trying again.
Unlock a PDF you are authorized to useThe merge uploader accepts PDF files. Convert a Word document to PDF first, then add the converted file to your batch. For photographs, use JPG to PDF first. Review those converted pages before merging so unexpected margins or orientation do not carry into the final document.
Convert Word to PDFCombining PDFs does not automatically optimize them, and the output size need not equal the sum of the inputs. Try compression on the completed PDF if a recipient has a size limit. Review readability afterwards, especially for small print, diagrams and scanned receipts.
Compress the merged PDFPractical answers about using this tool, retrieving the result, and handling your files.
Yes. Add the PDFs, drag their thumbnails into the required sequence, then start the merge. Each file contributes its pages in their existing order. If you need to move individual pages rather than whole files, use Organize PDF on the merged document. Check the sequence before downloading, especially when filenames do not match the intended reading order.
No. LoveMyFiles creates a separate merged result, so the original files on your device remain unchanged.
When processing finishes, the result page provides the download action for the merged document.
Files are stored outside the public web directory, and downloads require the matching account or guest job identity. Guest files expire within 5 minutes, free account files within 2 hours.
